I perform very well in extreme situations, from extreme locations or project requirements to extreme sports where i am most comfortable. I thrive in creative environments and i am a tech geek at heart, always thirsty to discover newness and innovation, the latest tools and techniques to enhance my craft. I love pushing boundaries and experimenting with new approaches to create stunning visuals that captivate and inspire.

Having a critic eye for light and angles, trust me: i do not stop unless the end result is beyond expectations. I believe that a great image is more than just a pretty picture - it's about telling a story and evoking emotions that resonate with the viewer.

My knowledge comes from a vast experience of 17 years behind the camera, but also from being a part of fantastic teams over time that helped me grow and learn. Collaborating with talented individuals from various disciplines has helped me grow and learn in ways that I could have never imagined.

Adrian Negoițescu

As a photographer, I have been fortunate to be able to pursue my passion for eight years now. Over the course of my journey, I have come to appreciate the power and magic of photography more and more. It is fascinating to me that through this medium, I can capture moments and memories that might otherwise have been lost to time. The ability to freeze a moment in time and to have it preserved in a form that can be shared with others is truly incredible.

One of the biggest lessons that I have learned as a photographer is to always be willing to try different angles. When I first started, I would take a few shots from one vantage point and then move on to the next. However, as I gained more experience, I realized that there are often many more interesting and unique perspectives to be found if I was willing to experiment a bit. By playing with different angles, I could often capture an image in a way that was more engaging, visually striking, or emotionally impactful than if I had stuck with my original plan.

Dan Ologel

Ever since I was a young child, I was always fascinated by how things worked and how I could improve them. I would spend hours in my room playing with Lego sets, building and rebuilding them until they were just right. It was my way of making sense of the world around me.

As I got older, I discovered video editing, and it was like a lightbulb went off in my head. I could take my love of tinkering and combine it with my passion for storytelling. Editing videos allowed me to not only bring order to the chaos of raw footage but also tell compelling stories that resonated with people.

It wasn't always easy. There were times when I would spend countless hours editing a video, going back and forth with the client, tweaking and adjusting until it was just right. But every time I hit that export button and saw the final product, I knew it was all worth it. What really keeps me going is the sense of pride and fulfillment I get from seeing the finished product. Every video I edit feels like a piece of me is in it. It's a testament to my hard work and dedication, and seeing the impact it has on people is truly rewarding.

For me, video editing isn't just a job; it's a passion that allows me to combine my love of tinkering with my desire to tell compelling stories. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Andreea Moldovan

I’ve been fortunate enough to have a career in the entertainment industry that spans over 17 years. For most of that time, I was in front of the camera, but in recent years, I've discovered a new passion - working behind the camera. It wasn't long before I realised that the skills I developed would be indispensable in other aspects of the industry, too.

When you're constantly presenting yourself on a daily basis, at castings and projects, you learn invaluable selling techniques, social skills, and how to properly reach your audience. My experience in front of the camera has given me a unique perspective and insight into how to connect with people and how to convey the right message. I believe that if you sprinkle personality, life, and love onto anything you can create endlessly.

My love for the entertainment industry took me on 4 continents, living in 11 different countries and I’ve been fortunate enough to meet people from all walks of life. I learned how differences in cultures and traditions merge into one common point: the transparency that human emotions bring. Beyond speaking different languages and managing to master the communication behind words, putting that human touch into an online interaction is quite the trick. The virtual world is just a highway to reach more people. 

When on set, i’m the social butterfly, the one always dancing, laughing, and being happily active, connecting soul to soul and afterwards transcending all that on virtual “paper”. Being a part of the Arsenic team allows me to bring to use my international experience, seeing the world with my unique perspective through pink tainted glasses, and pouring passion and love for life into any project we take on.

Adrian Tapciuc

Throughout my career in the entertainment industry, I've had the privilege of working on some truly ambitious projects that have allowed me to explore my passion for creativity and storytelling. From my early days as an actor in the early 2000s, to my current role as a director with Arsenic Production, every project has been an opportunity for me to learn, grow, and push my creative boundaries.

One of the defining moments of my career was when I directed my first live TV show for the Pro network at the age of 24. It was a daunting challenge, but one that taught me valuable lessons about the importance of planning, collaboration, and staying calm under pressure. The feeling of accomplishment I had when the show was successfully broadcasted still fills me with pride to this day. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with many talented individuals and personalities in the entertainment industry, such as Adrian Sarbu, Mona Segall, and Ruxandra Ion. Their guidance and mentorship have been invaluable, helping me to develop my own style and approach to directing.

As my career progressed, I went on to work on other ambitious TV projects such as "Dansez pentru tine," X Factor, "Te uiti si castigi," "Romania Danseaza," "Top Chef," "Clipa de fericire," and "Mega Clever." These projects challenged me creatively and allowed me to explore different genres and formats, further refining my skills as a director. In 2016, I made a shift in my career by venturing into the realm of TV commercials. This was a new challenge for me, but one that allowed me to showcase my creativity and bring a fresh perspective to advertising. I had the pleasure of working with brands like Kaufland, Mega Image, Jaguar, Puma, L'Oreal, eJobs, Betano, Allianz-Tiriac, Regina Maria, Teilor, and Secom, to name just a few.

More recently, I had the honour of merging my directing career with that of event producer for the record label Global Records. It has been an exciting and fulfilling experience to collaborate with talented musicians like Delia, The Motans, Carla's Dreams, Vanotek, and 5Gang, bringing their music to life on stage and helping them connect with their fans.

My collaboration with Arsenic Production has been a constant source of inspiration and growth. Working alongside such a talented team has allowed me to push my limits and develop my skills as a director. I'm excited to see where this journey will take me next and to continue exploring new creative opportunities in the entertainment industry.

Mirela Macovei

I am an optimistic individual with a positive attitude and a strong intuition. Throughout my professional journey, I have taken great pleasure in enhancing my skills and understanding the needs of the individuals I interact with. With a degree in journalism, I have honed my communication and public relations abilities, allowing me to excel in various domains. My passion for hairstyling, combined with my teaching experience, has allowed me to conduct numerous hairstyling workshops to impart my knowledge to others.

Being naturally inquisitive, I possess an investigative personality that drives me to be where the action is - behind the scenes, witnessing the entire process, and contributing my unique touch to beautiful projects that I am passionate about. Consequently, I have extended my interests to magazine photo shoots, where I can express my creativity and apply my skills.

Recently, I have developed a keen interest in psychology, which has become a new passion. As a result, I am currently pursuing my studies in the field and dedicating a significant amount of time to my personal growth and development.

Alexandra Calafeteanu

My motto: You are what you wear! Fashion is a branch of art, art which works with the people and for the people.

I’m a Fashion Designer and Fashion Editor at VIVA! & Avantaje Magazines. I graduated from The National University of Fine Arts in Bucharest and I also hold a Master’s Degree in Fashion Design and Pedagogy of Arts. 

As a Fashion Stylist I am responsible for selecting clothing, accessories, and creating outfits for individuals, photoshoots, television shows, or runway events. I work closely with the clients, photographers, models, and designers to convey a particular look or style.

I think my life and how I perceive myself as an individual are also reflected in my creations and my outfits. I like to think that a woman mustn’t give up femininity to succeed in a man's world, she can be strong and educated while still keeping her tenderness. I don’t like to have rules imposed on me or to impose rules, however, as a piece of advise, I think fashion extremism should be avoided: one should neither try to stand out by vulgarity, kitsch, chaotic mix of styles, by ostentatiously displaying brands, nor by choosing a toneless and dull outfit. It's good to reach harmony between our personality and fashion trends. I believe clothing is what helps us to be visually perceived the way we want to. Culture and education will have a say in future and I hope more and more people will understand and appreciate fashion as a branch of art, which it is, the art that works with the people and for the people.

My job requires communication skills, imagination, creativity, independent thinking, prompt decision, initiative, ability to work both in a team and individually, and I find myself in all these traits. My creations address all those I find in my desire to portray a bold, lively, yet feminine woman. I love the refined and relaxed style, I’m a follower of elegance, while attire still remains both comfortable and easy to wear. I address the modern woman whose identity divides, multiplies in as many characters as may belong to the angelic fragility, while still often hiding a strong inner strength.

Dana Argeșan

• MAKEUP ARTIST

I am honoured to have been recognised as one of the most acclaimed names in the Romanian makeup industry. Throughout my career, I have worked hard to become a leader and educator in this field, and I am proud of the diverse and impressive projects I have been a part of.

As the official makeup artist for the Cannes Film Festival for seven consecutive years, I have had the opportunity to showcase my skills on a global stage. I have also worked as a makeup ambassador for some of the world's most renowned brands, such as L'Oréal, LaMer, and Philips, among others. My collaborations with prestigious beauty publications, including Elle, InStyle, Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Glamour, and Marie Claire, have allowed me to share my passion and knowledge with a broader audience.

I began my journey by studying at L’ecole du maquillage Jean Pierre Fleurimont in Paris, where I learned the art of makeup for six months. Since then, I have continuously sought to expand my knowledge and skills by attending dedicated courses in London, Hong Kong, LA, and many other places. My versatile experience allows me to work on a wide range of projects, from film and photo shoots to commercials and elaborate makeup productions.

I am grateful for the opportunities I have had and am inspired to continue pursuing my passion for makeup artistry. I hope to serve as an inspiration to aspiring makeup artists, and I look forward to what the future holds in this exciting industry.

Ion Nicolae (Nae)

Position:
• GAFFER

I'm an engineer by trade, but my true passions lie in cars, music, and movies. I love nothing more than spending my free time tinkering with vehicles, discovering new artists, or binge-watching my favorite films.

In my professional life, I'm a gaffer, which means I'm responsible for creating the perfect lighting on set. My job is to make sure everything looks just right, and I take great pride in it.

To do that, I need to be incredibly organised. I conduct technical scouting, compile a comprehensive list of equipment, and make the necessary reservations. I also build and lead the team, ensuring effective communication within and beyond it. I develop a plan for preparing and activating the lighting equipment, as well as designing a lighting and effects plan based on the instructions of the director of photography.

And, of course, safety is always my top priority. I create and implement a wiring plan while also ensuring the safety of the equipment and preventing accidents.

So, that's a little bit about me. When you see me on set, you'll most likely find me as the guy with a beanie. I look forward to working together!
